Our MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts ) classes are for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced students. As the name suggests, MMA classes are a combination of martial arts such as Boxing, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu. It is possibly the best form of self-defence as you learn to defend yourself in any area a fight may take you.
